Skilled Trades Education and Scholarships

We're excited to offer academic scholarships for students pursuing careers in the skilled trades industries.

You qualify to apply for this scholarship if:
You are a student actively enrolled in or accepted into an accredited skilled trades program.

How to Apply

If you qualify to apply for the Rick Kading Trade Foundation Scholarship:

  1. Please complete the fillable PDF. (Our scholarship applications are now being accepted.)
  2. Include one (1) letter of recommendation.
  3. Email your PDF and Letter of Recommendation to Foundation@KadingProperties.com by March 31, 2027.

Remember, the deadline for submission has been extended to March 31, 2027. 

Scholarship applications will be reviewed and awarded by April 30, 2027. This scholarship awards a total of $1,000 for approved applicants. Scholarship funds are sent directly to the school registrar and applied to the student’s tuition credit. We will work with each student and their school registrar to award funds. A student may receive a scholarship award only once.
